Our Mission

Our mission is to foster a strong sense of school spirit by promoting engagement between families, staff, and students. We are committed to supporting academic and extracurricular enrichment opportunities, organizing meaningful fundraisers that benefit our entire school community, and showing appreciation for our dedicated staff through ongoing support and recognition efforts.

The Rice School PTO is a collaborative group made up of parents, guardians, staff, and school leaders, all working together to support our students and community. Teachers and other staff members, such as counselors and aides, are key partners in the PTO. Their participation helps ensure that our programs and events align with the school’s goals and students' needs.
The school principal and/or assistant principal play an important advisory role in the PTO. They often attend meetings to provide updates, guidance, and insight, helping to keep our efforts in sync with school priorities. The PTO is led by a group of elected or appointed officers who help organize and oversee PTO activities.
